Keith Kibirango is the Chief Executive of New Global Markets (NGM) Consulting, with over 20 years of experience in social impact and fundraising across the UK, Europe, and globally. A British Ugandan lawyer, he holds degrees from Makerere University and the London School of Economics, and has a career marked by a dedication to social justice, philanthropy, and leadership.

Keith's experience spans roles in Uganda, where he led the Legal Aid Project of the Uganda Law Society, to the UK, where he pioneered major donor and fundraising programs at Tommy's, JUSTICE, and Save the Children UK, securing a landmark £10 million donation. As CEO of Crown Agents International Development, he drove growth to £15 million annually in just three years.

A strategic visionary, Keith has raised over £100 million and is skilled in fostering global partnerships and advocating for policy changes. A recognized speaker at events like the World Economic Forum and UN General Assembly, he has also negotiated at COP28 and addressed audiences at Buckingham Palace.

Keith's board experience includes roles with Save the Children UK, Mothers2Mothers, and Comic Relief, engaging with global leaders and influencers to drive meaningful social change, solidifying his status as a transformative figure in international development and philanthropy.

    Chief Partnership Officer

    Adam transitioned from commercial sales to charity fundraising in 2007, following a decade-long career in telecoms, digital media, and legal publishing. During his tenure at Crisis, where he worked for over ten years, Adam led the development of significant corporate partnerships. He built a sector-leading philanthropy program, raising over £14 million to support individuals recovering from homelessness.

    As a director, Adam played a pivotal role in helping organisations forge meaningful relationships and develop sustainable income streams, even amid the challenges of the pandemic. At Crown Agents, he specialised in Crisis Response and Recovery programs and public service delivery projects, collaborating with multinational companies such as UBS Optimus, Pfizer, and GSK to secure over £12 million in funding.

  • Cheena Malhotra

    Public Health Specialist

    Cheena is a passionate public health professional with 18+ years of international experience as a senior professional in public health, working in both the private and public sectors.

    She has extensive experience in advocacy, policy reform and health systems strengthening with a particular focus on expanding access to healthcare services in India and abroad.

    Cheena’s work worldwide, including in India, Bangladesh, Suriname, Mexico, Dubai, and South Sudan, is focused on non-communicable diseases, nutrition, WASH, Solid Waste Management, and rare diseases. This has resulted in increased state funding for NCDs, the development of NCD training manuals for CHWs, Medical Officers, and paramedics, monitoring of vaccination programs, and key improvements in the national Rare Disease Policy.
